Gary Fixter: What Will Soccer Be Like In The Future

Gary Fixter - Future of SOccer

Gary Fixter - Will football still be played in 100 years and, if so, what will its format be and how will it be governed?

What is certain is that things will change and we will see many other countries dominating the top places in the football rankings. To really see where football is going, we have to look at FC Midtjylland in Denmark.

Gary Fixter: There will be an increased demand for skilful dribblers and more teams will be asserting themselves while passing rates will increase. Ultimately, it seems that football will evolve into a faster game, with higher technical levels and more intensity and effort required. We did not prepare our players for what the world (or in this case the football game) looks like today, but we learned from them and found ways to challenge ourselves to be the best and use their football personalities. Where do you prepare them for where they will be in the future?

With the great strides US men's football has made in developing creative players over the past three decades, we will continue to catch up with and overtake the traditional football giants. Only time will tell what will happen in the professional ranks, but we are already beginning to compare the difference between MLS and USL with new professional leagues like NISA, which shows the fragility of the country's emerging football growth. As more kids now take an interest in football, as the ESPN poll suggests, there are likely to be more in the future. From the point of view of some of our players who have risen, it might be worth calling them the golden generation and we may soon see USMNT win on the biggest international football stage.

Another feature of football balls is the constantly changing design that manufacturers introduce for different competitions..
