Garuda Circle Terms of Use and Beta Rules

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Garuda Circle app.
By using Garuda Circle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Garuda Circle is a beta-stage app focused on personal growth, gamification, reflective questions, cognitive mini-games, missions, mental progress, in-app points, and experimental reward features.
The app combines entertainment, self-reflection, light cognitive training, and gamified progression.
Garuda Circle is currently under development and testing. Some features may change, be suspended, limited, or removed.
Garuda Circle may be distributed as a beta version, closed beta, internal test, or experimental version.
During the beta phase:
some features may not be final;
bugs, errors, or interruptions may occur;
reward systems, GP, VIP, Mystery Boxes, and payouts may be limited or disabled;
test data may be corrected, reset, or modified for technical or anti-abuse reasons;
access to certain features may be restricted to selected testers.
The purpose of the beta phase is to test stability, security, user experience, balancing, and the app’s main features.
Some Garuda Circle features may require the creation of an account.
The user agrees to:
provide accurate information;
keep their login credentials secure;
not share the account with third parties;
not use fake or multiple accounts to obtain unauthorized benefits;
not attempt to bypass limits, cooldowns, rewards, or anti-abuse systems.
Garuda Circle may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these Terms or display abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
You may use Garuda Circle to:
answer Dialogue questions;
access Mind Lab;
complete mini-games and missions;
accumulate in-app progress;
use the Wallet and GP in accordance with the app’s rules;
participate in the beta and submit feedback.
You may not use Garuda Circle to:
manipulate GP, rewards, boxes, ads, or jackpots;
exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
automate unauthorized actions;
create multiple accounts to obtain benefits;
access other users’ data;
interfere with the operation of the app;
use the app in an illegal, offensive, fraudulent, or harmful manner.
Garuda Points, also known as GP, are in-app points.
GP:
are not real money;
are not electronic money;
are not cryptocurrency;
are not financial instruments;
do not constitute a deposit, investment, or credit owed by Garuda Circle;
are not freely transferable;
do not guarantee any financial reward;
may be subject to limits, checks, changes, or corrections.
Garuda Circle may modify the internal value, accumulation methods, limits, costs, rewards, and rules relating to GP, particularly during the beta phase.
In the event of a technical error, abuse, or manipulation, Garuda Circle may correct balances, ledger entries, rewards, boxes, jackpots, or other data connected to GP.
Any rewards, redemptions, VIP benefits, gift cards, top-ups, or payouts are experimental features and may be:
limited;
subject to approval;
available only to certain users or testers;
modified or suspended;
not guaranteed during the beta phase.
Submitting a reward request does not automatically guarantee that the reward will be provided.
Garuda Circle may reject, suspend, or cancel reward requests in the event of:
violation of these Terms;
suspected abuse;
improper use of multiple accounts;
manipulation of GP or ads;
technical errors;
reward unavailability;
the need for manual verification.
The Mystery Box is an internal gamification mechanic.
It does not represent gambling, an investment, a promise of profit, or a guaranteed monetary reward system.
The jackpot and internal rewards may be modified, limited, or suspended for technical, economic, balancing, or anti-abuse reasons.
During the beta phase, Garuda Circle may correct box openings, rewards, jackpots, cooldowns, and anomalous results.
Some features may allow users to view rewarded advertisements.
Rewarded ads may be used to:
obtain GP;
complete missions;
unlock temporary features;
use second chances or skip cooldowns, where available.
The granting of a reward may depend on the actual completion of the advertisement, daily limits, cooldowns, technical availability, and anti-abuse checks.
Garuda Circle may refuse to grant a reward if:
the advertisement is not completed;
it is closed before the reward is granted;
a technical error occurs;
a duplicate event is detected;
daily limits are exceeded;
the system detects anomalous behavior.
In beta, web, local, or development environments, some advertisements may be simulated or disabled and may not grant real GP.
Garuda Circle provides questions, insights, mental dimensions, patterns, profiles, and reflective suggestions.
This content is intended for gamification, self-reflection, mindful entertainment, and light personal growth.
Garuda Circle does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic diagnoses.
Mind Lab results are not clinical assessments and must not be used to make important medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.
If you require medical, psychological, or therapeutic support, you should contact a qualified professional.
Garuda Circle may include special experiences with a greater symbolic and reflective intensity, such as “Black Forge.”
Black Forge presents more direct, imaginative, and intense questions than standard Dialogues. Its content may use metaphors, symbolic imagery, motivational language, or a more evocative tone.
Black Forge is not therapy, diagnosis, or psychological, medical, or psychiatric advice. Its content is intended for mindful entertainment, self-reflection, light personal growth, and gamification.
Users may freely choose whether or not to use Black Forge. If any content feels too intense, uncomfortable, or unsuitable for their current state, users may stop the experience and return to other areas of the app.
Interpretations, readings, or responses provided by Garuda Circle must not be considered definitive truths about the user and must not be used to make important medical, psychological, legal, financial, or personal decisions.
Some experiences, such as Black Forge, may allow users to save short optional personal reflections called “Personal Echoes.”
Personal Echoes are optional and are used only to allow users to temporarily review their own personal reflections within the app.
Users are responsible for the content they choose to enter in Personal Echoes. Users are advised not to enter sensitive data, medical information, third-party data, illegal or offensive content, or information they do not wish to store within the app.
Garuda Circle may remove or restrict user-submitted content where necessary for security, abuse prevention, violations of these Terms, or technical issues.
Garuda Circle mini-games are designed as light exercises involving attention, memory, flexibility, analysis, and reaction.
They are not diagnostic tools and do not clinically measure users’ cognitive abilities.
Results, scores, and progress are part of the app’s gamification system.
The following activities are prohibited:
manipulating GP, XP, jackpots, Wallet balances, or rewards;
attempting to falsify advertising events;
using bots, scripts, emulators, or unauthorized automation;
exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities;
creating multiple accounts to bypass limits;
accessing unauthorized data or features;
altering network, database, or API requests;
using the app for illegal or harmful activities;
violating the rights of other users or Garuda Circle.
In the event of a violation, Garuda Circle may suspend or close the account, cancel rewards, correct the GP balance, block reward requests, or restrict access to the app.
Garuda Circle is provided “as is,” particularly during the beta phase.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, updates, bug fixes, or operational reasons.
Garuda Circle may update the app, features, content, rules, rewards, GP, missions, Mystery Boxes, VIP benefits, and these Terms of Use.
Changes may be necessary to:
improve the user experience;
fix bugs;
increase security;
prevent abuse;
comply with legal or store requirements;
balance the app’s internal economy.
By continuing to use the app after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
Garuda Circle, including its name, text, logic, graphics, structure, content, progression systems, mechanics, code, and design, belongs to the respective rights holders.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially exploit elements of the app without authorization.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Garuda Circle Privacy Policy.

You may request the deletion of your account and the associated data by contacting:

Your request should include the email address used to register with Garuda Circle.
During the beta phase, deletion requests may be handled manually.
Deleting the account will also result in the removal of data associated with the account, including progress, saved answers, Dialogue data, any Personal Echoes, and other data relating to the user experience, subject to the technical processing times of the services used.
To the extent permitted by law, Garuda Circle is not responsible for:
service interruptions;
technical errors;
loss of data caused by bugs or maintenance;
improper use of the app;
personal interpretations of Mind Lab results;
decisions made by users based on app content;
unavailability of rewards, advertisements, or beta features;
fraudulent or abusive behavior by third-party users.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user’s country of residence.
