Garuda Circle is a beta-stage app focused on personal growth, gamification, reflective questions, cognitive mini-games, mental progress, in-app points, and experimental reward features.

Garuda Circle may collect and process the following categories of data.
When you create or use an account, we may process:
email address;
system-generated user ID;
authentication status;
account creation or login date.
This data is used to provide access to the app, maintain the user session, and associate progress and settings with the correct profile.
Garuda Circle stores data relating to user progress, including:
Garuda Points, also known as GP;
Mental XP;
mental level;
Garuda Index;
streak and daily activity;
VIP status, where applicable;
badges, missions, levels, and unlocks.
This data is required for the app’s gamified progression system to function.
When you answer questions or use the reflection features, Garuda Circle may store:
the question displayed;
the selected answer;
the question’s mental focus;
response patterns;
scores associated with mental dimensions such as reaction, awareness, analysis, strategy, flexibility, resilience, ethics, and metacognition;
recent behavioral memory;
insights generated by the app;
answers selected during special experiences, such as Black Forge;
optional personal reflections entered by the user, such as “Personal Echoes.”
Personal Echoes are optional, private, and associated with the user’s account. They are used solely to allow the user to temporarily review their personal reflections within the app.
Personal Echoes remain visible for approximately 30 days, unless they are manually deleted by the user or the account is deleted.
Personal Echoes are not intended for diagnosis, therapy, medical assessment, or psychological assessment. Users are advised not to enter sensitive data, medical information, information concerning third parties, or any content they do not wish to store within the app.
This data is used to personalize the experience, update Mind Lab, and make the user’s journey more consistent.
Garuda Circle may process data relating to:
GP balance;
GP transaction history;
completed missions;
Mystery Box openings;
jackpots;
reward requests;
VIP requests;
any payouts or redemptions, where available during the beta version.
GP are in-app points and do not represent money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument.
If you use features connected to rewarded advertisements, we may process:
events relating to ad views;
daily limits;
cooldown periods;
technical event identifiers;
reward results;
data required to prevent abuse or duplicate rewards.
This data is used to assign rewards correctly and prevent manipulation.
Garuda Circle may display rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. Users voluntarily choose whether to view these advertisements. Any rewards received, such as GP or other digital items, are virtual elements used exclusively within the app and do not represent real money.
For users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Garuda Circle may display an advertising consent message through the Google User Messaging Platform SDK, also known as the UMP SDK.
This message allows users to:
consent to the processing of data for advertising purposes;
refuse consent;
manage their preferences.
Depending on the user’s choices, Google AdMob may display personalized ads, non-personalized ads, ads subject to limited data processing, or technical ads required for advertising delivery, in accordance with the available settings and applicable laws.
Data that may be processed by Google and its advertising partners may include device identifiers, technical data, information about app usage, approximate location information, and other data required for the delivery, measurement, security, and personalization of advertisements, within the limits of the preferences expressed by the user.
Users may change or withdraw their advertising consent through the app settings, where this feature is available. Alternatively, users may manage certain advertising preferences through their device settings or Google Account settings.
We may process the minimum technical data required for the app to function, including:
application errors;
technical events;
security logs;
data required to prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
Data is processed for the following purposes:
creating and managing user accounts;
allowing users to log in and log out;
saving progress, GP, XP, and levels;
updating Mind Lab and mental dimensions;
displaying personalized questions and insights;
managing mini-games, missions, and badges;
managing the Wallet, Mystery Boxes, jackpots, and reward requests;
managing rewarded advertisements and the related virtual rewards;
collecting advertising consent through the Google UMP SDK, where required;
preventing abuse, fraud, or GP manipulation;
improving the stability, security, and quality of the app;
responding to support, privacy, or data deletion requests.
The processing of data is based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
performance of the service requested by the user;
user consent, where required;
legitimate interest in protecting the app against abuse and fraud;
compliance with legal obligations, where applicable.
For personalized advertising and certain advertising purposes, data processing may be based on the user’s consent where required by applicable law.
Garuda Circle does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic diagnoses.
Features such as Dialogues, Mind Lab, mental profiles, cognitive dimensions, insights, and scores are tools intended for personal reflection, gamification, and mindful entertainment.
Results displayed by the app must not be interpreted as clinical assessments, professional diagnoses, or therapeutic recommendations.

Garuda Points, also known as GP, are in-app points.
GP:
are not real money;
are not electronic money;
are not cryptocurrency;
are not financial instruments;
do not guarantee any financial reward;
cannot be freely converted into money.
Any rewards, redemptions, VIP benefits, payouts, or gift cards made available during the beta version may be limited, modified, suspended, or subject to approval.
The Mystery Box is an internal gamification mechanic. It must not be interpreted as gambling, an investment, or a promise of financial winnings.
Garuda Circle may use third-party services to operate correctly.
Garuda Circle uses Supabase as its backend service for authentication, databases, and app data management.
Supabase may process technical data and account data required for authentication, storage, and the operation of the app’s features.
Garuda Circle may use Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.
These services may process technical data, device identifiers, app usage data, approximate location information, and other data required for ad delivery, measurement, security, and personalization, in accordance with the user’s consent settings and Google’s policies.
Garuda Circle may use the Google User Messaging Platform SDK, also known as the UMP SDK, to display consent messages to users subject to European regulations, including those applicable within the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
The consent message may allow users to accept, refuse, or manage options relating to the processing of data for advertising purposes.
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain user progress, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse.
Personal Echoes, when used, are intended as temporary reflections and normally remain visible within the app for approximately 30 days from the date of creation, unless they are manually deleted or the user’s account is deleted.
If you request the deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize the associated data, except for data that must be retained to comply with legal obligations, ensure security, prevent fraud, or manage disputes.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including:
user authentication;
database access rules;
separation of data for each user;
protection of sensitive functions;
controls against abuse, duplicate rewards, and GP manipulation.
No digital system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we work to reduce risks and protect the data we process.
We do not directly sell users’ personal data.
Data may be processed by technical service providers required for the app to function, including backend, authentication, database, and advertising service providers.
Data may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with legal obligations, ensure security, prevent fraud, or protect the rights of Garuda Circle and its users.
