I am PhD Candidate in economics at the University of Galway, currently funded by the Research Ireland–EPA Postgraduate Scholarship and previously funded by the Hardiman Research Scholarship.
My research interests lie at the intersection of climate change, health, and labour economics. I focus on empirically evaluating the impacts of extreme weather events, such as extreme heat, and on how individuals and institutions respond and adapt to changing weather patterns driven by climate change. It generally involves the application of various econometric and spatial modelling techniques.
