Our Policies

1. By booking any of our Serviced Accommodation means you agree to all our policies and House rules.

2. Payment is required to secure a reservation.

3. On payment, you are entitled to occupy our accommodation under a Holiday/Short let agreement.

4. Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG who will be conducting an ID verification on you on our behalf.

5. You can cancel free of charge 7 days before check in date. You will be charged 50% of total price for your reservation if you cancel less than 7days before check in date while 100% is chargeable from check in date.

6. Check in time is from 15:00 and Check out time is by 11:00. We can allow earlier check ins or later check outs on request when possible but this is not guaranteed.

7. Any damage during your stay or cost resulting from violation of our House rules may be charged to the guests(Wear and tear is excluded).
