General House Rules

1. Indoor Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation.

2. Events or Party or large congregation is not permitted.

3. Pets are not allowed.

4. Only park in our assigned bays or if on the street, in accordance with the local laws.

5. Please maintain a noise level especially at night so as not be nuisance to the neighbours.

6. Please use the right bins when getting rid of rubbish. We are big on recycling.

7. Please turn off lights and taps during check outs and return keys to the lock box where it was retrieved and scramble the combinations.

8. Although we have cleaners for Housekeeping and Check out cleans, guests are still expected to tidy up after themselves.

9. Check in time is 15:00 while check out time is 11:00. Earlier check in time or later check out requests may be granted only when possible but is not guaranteed.

10. Please report any fault or damage to us as soon as possible so we can resolve this.

11. Our Bookings are protected by SUPERHOG from who you will receive a notification to complete a quick mandatory Verification before checking in.
