Unit plan: 74660
The body corporate for the unit title development created by the deposit of the above unit plan will be subject to the operational rules set out in the schedule of body corporate operational rules.
1. An owner or occupier of a unit must not—
a. damage or deface the common property:
b. leave rubbish or recycling material on the common property:
c. create noise likely to interfere with the use or enjoyment of the unit title development by other owners or occupiers:
d. park on the common property unless the body corporate has designated it for car parking, or the body corporate consents:
e. interfere with the reasonable use or enjoyment of the common property by other owners or occupiers.
2. An owner or occupier of a unit must dispose of rubbish hygienically and tidily.
Date: 25/01/2013
Keep all shared areas tidy (paths, roadside, outside apartments, etc.). Put council rubbish and recycling out in a timely manner (Tuesday morning collections - see events calendar for details for glass or paper/plastic/can collection days).
No large, loud parties and inform your neighbours if you are having a quiet party.
Unit owners are expected to maintain tidy paintwork of their exterior doors, doorframe, steps, and other easily accessible maintenance work.
No washing or drying before 7am or after 10 pm to keep the noise down for the neighbours.
The washing machine is a big commercial-grade unit but do not overload it, split your wash to separate loads if necessary.
Put powder/liquid in the drum as it is filling with water and before putting in clothes to let it dissolve well. The central cap is only for fabric softener liquid do not clog that with powder.
Balance your washing load (make sure items in the washing machine are evenly loaded).
The cycle only takes about 30 minutes - but the clothes may need re-balancing and a second spin if they still feel wet (this can happen if the load was not well balanced, making the spin cycle not as effective).
The dryer is also a commercial unit. Check and empty the lint collection tray in the dryer before and after each load finishes - a clogged filter makes the dryer not dry your clothes well and can start a fire if left.
A normal heat load should be set to 70 minutes, let the cycle finish before emptying dryer.
High heat or longer settings should only be needed for particularly heavy loads or with thick heavy fabrics.
A shared storage space is available, a ladder and spare paint, can be borrowed from here (return same day please). A key code will be provided to unit owners.
