We carefully plan our shipping routes in advance to ensure you have the best possible experience.
1. US Shipping
Method: UPS Express — DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Delivery Time: Approximately 10–14 business days.
Taxes & Duties: Fully prepaid by us. You will not be charged any additional taxes or customs fees upon delivery.
2. Worldwide & Postal Shipping
Method: Premium E-Packet (via the international postal system).
Delivery Time: 15–20 days for most countries.
Note for Central & South America: Delivery may take up to 30 days.
Tracking: Fully trackable through your local official post office website.
Support: If your package does not arrive after 30 days, please contact us immediately. We will track it down and resolve the issue for you right away.
To avoid any delivery delays, we need your FULL shipping address in English, including your postcode (ZIP code) and phone number.
Note: If you did not link a phone number to your PayPal account, please email your shipping address and phone number directly to us at topminitoy@gmail.com right after your purchase. Your local courier will call you to arrange delivery as soon as the package arrives in your city.
Depending on your country’s regulations, your shipment may go through customs. If customs clearance is required, the buyer must complete the process on time. Your local carrier (such as FedEx Express) will provide instructions and assist you.
Please Note: If a package is returned to China because customs clearance was delayed or incomplete, additional shipping charges will apply.
High-Tax Regions: Central Europe, South Asia, and South America have very strict import policies. We strongly recommend contacting us or checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Customs Declaration: For international shipments, we follow standard export practices. Parcels are usually declared as a "Metal Bracket" with a value of approximately USD $35-80. Please note that all final import taxes and fees are determined by your local authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.
We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your item. Please review our guidelines:

If the item is defective or not as described, we will take full responsibility and cover the return costs.
If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer need it, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will issue your refund as soon as we receive the item back.
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation.
