House Rules - Garda Lake Stay
Here is a summary of the main rules for your stay:
π Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM (prior communication required)
π«πΎ IMPORTANT NOTICE πΎπ«
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO BRING ANIMALS OF ANY KIND, BREED OR SIZE INTO THE APARTMENT.
A MAXIMUM OF TWO PEOPLE CAN STAY IN THE APARTMENT AND THEY MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE THEIR STAY.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE RULES IN RED WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF ENTRY OR IMMEDIATE EVICTION, A PENALTY OF β¬300, AND NO REFUND FOR THE ENTIRE STAY.
β At check-out you must:
Check-out: by 9:30 AM IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO STAY LONGER FOR ORGANIZATIONAL REASONS
Wash and put away used dishes
Clean kitchen surfaces
Empty the trash bin
Place used towels in the designated container in the bathroom
Dispose of waste at the external collection point (to the right of the apartment)
Tourist tax: β¬1.50 per person per night (payment in cash or PayPal)
π Keys β οΈ IMPORTANT:
Key duplication is strictly forbidden
In case of loss: β¬300 penalty for lock replacement
Always lock the door when you go out or when you are inside
π No Smoking Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the apartment
β οΈ Damages and Liability
Any damages will be charged to the guest
We are not responsible for loss or theft of valuables
β Recommendations
π‘ Turn off lights when leaving the room
Do not leave windows/balconies open during absence
π Unplug chargers when not in use
π§ Do not leave taps running
βοΈ Do not leave air conditioning on during absence
πΊ Keep TV volume low
Do not throw sanitary pads, cotton swabs or other objects in the toilet (use bins)
π« STRICTLY FORBIDDENΒ
The use of narcotic substances inside the apartment
π Security
Β Do not disconnect or tamper with electronic security systems (carbon monoxide, gas, smoke detectors, etc.)
π€« Quiet Hours Maintain silence between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM
πΆ Wi-Fi Free internet available. We are not responsible for power, water, telephone or internet outages.
