We've made everything simple and fast for you:

After prior arrangements, when you arrive near the apartment, if we cannot be present, we will contact you via video call or photo verification to ensure that your document matches you. This system allows us to guarantee everyone's safety while complying with current regulations, but above all to give you maximum flexibility for your arrival! (It's a legally required procedure, but it will be very quick!). You will then receive the code to access the key box where you will find the keys to enter the apartment.
