The Seminarraum in the main building will serve as the poster room and a space for coffee breaks and other activities. In the first day of GAP conference, there is a small session of Flash Poster. Please prepare a few slides to advertise your poster in the session. The presentation time is 1 min for each poster. We ask you to directly connect Zoom by your laptop and give your poster presentation.
Posters will be also collected in Slack and shared with attendees. Please upload your poster file to the Slack channel of "poster" in advance.
The seminar rooms in the Haus der Astronomie will be available for posters only on Monday afternoon. The poster session is scheduled from 14:00 to 15:10 on Monday. Please set up your poster during the lunch break on Monday and remove it after the session. The size of the posters will be announced in mid-December 2024 early January 2025, once the number of posters is finalized.
