D Dinesh Kumar
Biography : Dinesh graduated with a B.Sc in Chemistry (gold medalist) from Chikkaiah Naicker College, Erode (2014-2017) and completed his M.Sc Chemistry from Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, Sivakasi (2017-2019). Dinesh have cracked CSIR-NET exam in June 2020 with an All India Rank of 58. He joined in our research group in 2021 for his Ph.D program as a CSIR fellow. His research interests include the modulation of low molecular weight supramolecular hydrogels using organic nanoparticles.

Smriti Mukherjee
Biography : Smriti Mukherjee graduated with a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Women’s Christian College, Nungambakkam (2018) and completed her M.Sc. degree in Chemistry from Madras Christian College, Tambaram (2020). After being awarded the DST-INSPIRE scholarship by the Government of India, she had brief research stay at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. After a short period as a project associate (worked under CSIR project) in the Organic and Bioorganic Chemistry Laboratory at CSIR-Central Leather Research Institute, she joined for Ph.D. program under the DST INSPIRE scheme. She works on the biophysical characterization of collagen and collagen-like proteins. Her research interests include collagen-like peptides and proteins, drug delivery systems and biocompatible nanoparticles.

Anagha C U
Biography : Anagha completed her undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Calicut (2015-2018) and a post-graduate degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Madras (2018-2020) with a gold medal. She did a short-term summer internship program at NIT Calicut. After a short period as a project associate (worked under SERB project) in the Organic and Bioorganic Chemistry Laboratory at CSIR-Central Leather Research Institute, she joined for Ph.D. program under the DST INSPIRE scheme. She works on the isotope edited VCD on amyloid fibrils. Her research interests are peptide-based supramolecular hydrogels and amyloid fibrils.
