GamOasis, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“GamOasis”, “we”, “Company” or “us”) collect and process information about you (“you”, “user”, or “player”). We provide mobile games (“Game(s)”), official sites (“Site(s)”), and related services such as events, surveys, or customer support (“Service(s)”).

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

This Policy applies only to players in regions where our Services are officially available via Google Play or the App Store.
Our Services are not directed to, offered to, or available for users located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA).
Therefore, GamOasis is not subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) under Articles 3 and 27, and no EU representative is designated.

If an EU/EEA resident accesses our Services through VPN or other indirect means, we do not intentionally collect or process their personal data.

All game progress and data are stored locally on the user’s device and are removed when the app is uninstalled.
