1. Introduction
GamOasis, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“GamOasis”, “we”, “Company” or “us”) collect and process information about you (“you”, “user”, or “player”). We provide mobile games (“Game(s)”), official sites (“Site(s)”), and related services such as events, surveys, or customer support (“Service(s)”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
This Policy applies only to players in regions where our Services are officially available via Google Play or the App Store.
Our Services are not directed to, offered to, or available for users located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA).
Therefore, GamOasis is not subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) under Articles 3 and 27, and no EU representative is designated.
If an EU/EEA resident accesses our Services through VPN or other indirect means, we do not intentionally collect or process their personal data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect limited information necessary to provide and improve our games and related services.
1) Information collected directly from you
Examples include:
Purchase history through app stores, and records of issues you report (for customer support).
2) Information collected automatically
Device information (e.g., IP address, device ID, OS version, screen resolution, network type, timezone).
Crash reports and system activity details (e.g., error logs).
Limited analytics data collected via Google Firebase for performance and technical improvement.
3) Information collected from third parties
When you access our Services through third-party platforms (Google, Apple), we receive minimal information (e.g., account ID) as permitted by those platforms’ terms.
3. Cookie and Related Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure app performance and display ads.
Analytics (Firebase)
We use Google Firebase to collect anonymous analytics, crash reports, and technical event data to improve stability. This data does not include personally identifiable information.

Advertising SDKs
Our games may include advertising SDKs such as Google Ads, Unity Ads, or ironSource. These SDKs may use device identifiers to provide non-personalized or personalized ads. You can disable ad personalization through your device settings.

We or trusted partners may collect minimal device data to prevent cheating and ensure fair gameplay.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to:
Operate and maintain the Game
Improve game performance and fix technical issues
Provide customer support
Measure ad performance and analytics
Prevent cheating and unauthorized use
We do not create user accounts or maintain personal profiles on our own servers.
5. Sharing Your Information
We share data only with third parties essential for game operation, such as:
App stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) for purchases and refunds
Firebase for analytics and crash reporting
Advertising partners to deliver and measure ads
We may disclose limited data to comply with legal obligations or when required by law enforcement. We do not sell personal data.
6. International Data Transfers
We operate client-only mobile games that do not maintain dedicated servers.
All gameplay data is stored locally on your device.
We do not transfer or store player data on our own servers.
Only aggregated and anonymized analytics or crash information may be processed by third-party providers such as Google Firebase or ad networks, following their privacy policies.
For U.S. users, data processing is governed by applicable state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and similar regulations.
We do not process or transfer personal data of users located in the EU/EEA.
7. Retaining and Deleting Personal Information
Because our games are client-only, we do not operate centralized databases or user accounts.
All game progress and data are stored locally on the user’s device and are removed when the app is uninstalled.
Any crash or analytics data collected by Firebase or advertising SDKs is anonymized and managed according to the retention policies of those service providers.

8. Our Policy Concerning Children
Our Games are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we learn that a child under 13 has provided information, we will delete it upon request from a verified parent or guardian.

9. Links and Third-Party Services
Our games or websites may include links to third-party content or services.
We are not responsible for their data handling practices. Please review their privacy policies before interacting with them.
10. Security of Your Information
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures such as encryption and restricted access to protect information.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to request access, deletion, or limitation of data processing.

(b) Non-U.S. Regions
If you reside outside the United States, local data protection laws may not apply. GamOasis operates under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
12. Amendments
We may update this Policy periodically. The latest version will always be available on our official site. Continued use of our games after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
