Privacy Notice for California Residents

This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) for California residents is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
It supplements the GamOasis Privacy Policy and provides additional information on how GamOasis, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“GamOasis”, “we”, “Company”, or “us”) collect, use, and disclose personal information of California residents.
Unless otherwise defined, the terms in this Notice have the same meaning as those in our main Privacy Policy.
Together, this Notice and our Privacy Policy constitute the “California Privacy Policy” of GamOasis.
1. Information We Collect
We collect limited categories of information that may directly or indirectly identify you or your device, or that may be reasonably linked to you (“personal information”).
Because our games operate on a client-only basis (without dedicated servers), most data remains on your device.
However, analytics and advertising SDKs may collect limited information automatically for legitimate operational purposes.
In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers:
Identifiers: device ID, advertising ID, platform ID (Google/Apple), IP address.
Commercial information: in-app purchase history through Google Play or Apple App Store.
Internet or other electronic network activity: app usage, crash reports, analytics data, OS version, device model, language, and app version.
Geolocation data: general country or region (not precise GPS).
We do not collect user names, physical addresses, email contents, biometric data, or any other directly identifying information unless voluntarily provided for customer support.
2. Purposes of Collection
We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes:
To operate and maintain our games and provide gameplay functionality.
To improve app performance, fix bugs, and analyze technical issues (via Firebase).
To measure ad performance and deliver advertisements (via Google Ads, Unity Ads, ironSource, etc.).
To process in-app purchases through Google Play or Apple App Store.
To respond to customer inquiries or support requests.
To detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
We do not use or disclose personal information for any purpose other than those stated above.
3. Personal Information Disclosed to Third Parties
We may share limited personal information with service providers solely to support our operations.
In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information to the following categories of third parties:

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
Any data sharing with advertising SDKs is conducted under service provider agreements that prohibit resale or unauthorized secondary use.
4. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

You have the right to request disclosure of: (a) the categories of personal information we have collected about you, (b) the sources of that information, (c) the business purposes for collection, and (d) the categories of third parties to whom it was disclosed.
Right to Delete
You may request deletion of personal information that we have collected from you. However, some data (e.g., anonymized analytics) may be retained for legal or technical reasons.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing
We do not sell personal data for monetary gain. However, you may opt out of the use of advertising identifiers for personalized ads via device settings or by emailing us.
Right to Non-Discrimination
You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.
Rights for Minors (under 18)
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe your child has provided data, please contact us to request deletion.
“Shine the Light” Request
You may request information about the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. We currently do not disclose data for such purposes.

Please specify the right(s) you wish to exercise (e.g., “Access”, “Delete”, “Opt-Out”).
We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days, extendable by another 45 days with notice.
5. Authorized Agent
You may authorize another person or entity (“authorized agent”) to make a CCPA request on your behalf.
To do so, provide a signed written authorization allowing the agent to act for you and submit it by email to privacy@gamoasis.com.
If your agent holds a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4000–4465, no additional documentation is required.
We may deny requests from agents who fail to provide proof of authorization.
6. Do Not Track (DNT) Disclosure
Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from web browsers because tracking is not used beyond aggregated analytics and advertising SDK operations.
