All videos and media generated by this App are created by artificial intelligence.
They do not represent real events, facts, or people unless explicitly provided by the user.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated videos may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results;
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying content before use or sharing;
The App must not be used for illegal, misleading, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use, publication, or interpretation of generated content.
You may need to create an account to use some features.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
Some features may be available through auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Subscription details, prices, and renewal terms are displayed in-app.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.
If you upload, generate, or share any content (“User Content”) in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload anything unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer or modify the App’s code;
Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
Post or transmit any malicious software, spam, or deceptive content;
Violate intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
