1.2 Image & Video Data (AI Generation Data)
As an AI-powered image and video generation application, the Service may collect photos, videos, or other media uploaded by users, which may include facial features or likenesses (“Facial Data”), solely for the purpose of providing AI image or video generation features.
Facial Data is used only to generate user-requested AI images or videos
We do not use Facial Data for identity recognition, biometric identification, profiling, or advertising
Facial Data is not analyzed beyond what is technically necessary to complete the requested generation task
Facial Data Information:
This application, as an AI tool for image/video generation, may need to collect selfie photos or videos containing facial information submitted by users (hereinafter referred to as "Facial Data") when providing AI image/video generation services. This data is solely used to generate the user-selected or customized AI images or videos through algorithms and is necessary to complete this core function. We will not identify, analyze, or use users' Facial Data for any purposes beyond the scope of this service.
To achieve image or video processing functions, users' Facial Data will be transmitted to our servers in an encrypted state and strictly limited to use in the algorithm processing stage. All uploaded Facial Data is temporarily stored. The system will automatically initiate the user Facial Data deletion process immediately after the image/video is successfully generated. If processing fails, the data will be retained for a maximum of 3 hours, after which it will be forcibly cleared. We promise not to retain or back up such data long-term.
We will not sell, rent, or share users' Facial Data with any third parties, nor will it be used for advertising, identity recognition, or other irrelevant scenarios. We will not specifically retain users' personal Facial Data under any circumstances, and we will do our utmost to prevent users' personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
We may use the collected information for these purposes:
Provide & Maintain the Service: enable AI image and video generation features
Improve the Service: analyze usage, fix bugs, and enhance performance
Customer Support: respond to inquiries and support requests
Security & Fraud Prevention: protect against misuse or abuse
Legal Compliance: comply with applicable laws and regulations
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited cases:
Service Providers: trusted vendors (e.g., cloud infrastructure, analytics) bound by confidentiality obligations

We employ commercially reasonable security measures to help protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You also play a role by keeping your device, credentials, and app updated.

We will process your information lawfully, with appropriate legal bases (consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interest, etc.).
