Download Byond fom http://www.byond.com/
Install Byond by clicking on 511.1385_byond.exe

Set up your own server

Be sure that you have Byond installed already
Download tg-station-master zip file from https://github.com/tgstation/tgstation
Unzip
Go to tg-station-master folder and launch tgstation.dme
