For team training opportunities, post your practice in the group or specific training especially for cycling will be communicated through group me.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. (time changes depending on light)
Starts from back of SC Farm Bureau building off Knox Abbot Rd. (only 2 miles from campus)
27 miles total with a 20 or 25 mile option. Well marked route on the pavement
A, B, and C groups and some in between pace groups
A group: 20-23 mph average, B: 18-20, C: more casual no-drop group

Starts at the back of SC Farm Bureau building off Knox Abbot Rd.
Ride on mountain bikes and hybrids over uneven and sometimes challenging terrain.
Lights required
There are two different groups with different styles and goals, so you can choose to climb, ride hard or just spin along with the Fun Group, which is “no drop” and is suitable for road bikes. The two groups usually take different routes with different difficulty.
