Freddr is a friendly Galoobar with a welcoming smile. It is a Level 1 Danger, and (probably) wouldn't hurt a fly.

He is a confirmed galoobar subspecies.

Personality

Very polite and friendly, if a bit rambuctious. Will smile with a great old grin. Especially loves biscuits, particularly Icy Nicees.

Appearance

He has a big wide smile with tiny cheeks and miniscule eyes. He only has a pair of legs and is a circle. Very simple, and functions as the template for other Galoobars.
