They are a Level 2 due to their unhinged nature.

Appearance

Paintalas are similar in appearance to Freddrs, but have the distinction of wearing a red beret on their head. 

Paintalas are commonly seen with paint of all sorts over their body, due to their frequent drawing.

Description

Paintalas are master illustrators. Paintalas are like mini-celebrities among other species of galoobars. 

Galoobars (mostly Blindbolds and Propellobs) adore commissioning them with shiny rocks and flowers.
