A chance of showers and thunderstorms will develop today as a warm front lifts north across the region. Widespread showers and thunderstorms will then overspread the area tonight and continue into Wednesday as a cold front sags slowly southeast into the Ohio Valley. There is a chance that some of the storms may become severe tonight. The primary threat will be damaging winds, with severe hail and isolated tornadoes a secondary threat.
