By downloading or playing Galaxy Gunner you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not play the game.
Galaxy Gunner is a free mobile game. It is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running well, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
You may play Galaxy Gunner if:
You are 13 years of age or older, OR
You are under 13 and have your parent or guardian's permission
If you are under 13, certain features (personalized ads) are automatically disabled to protect your privacy.
The leaderboard is meant to be fun and fair. You agree not to:
Use cheats, hacks, or modified versions of the game to submit fake scores
Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate display names
Impersonate another person or brand
We reserve the right to remove any score or display name that violates these rules without notice.
Galaxy Gunner is free because it shows ads. By playing you acknowledge that ads are part of the experience. You may see:
Banner ads
Interstitial ads between gameplay sessions
Rewarded ads that you choose to watch for in-game benefits
Ad content is served by Yodo1 MAS. We do not control the specific ads shown. If you see an ad that is inappropriate or misleading, please contact us.
Galaxy Gunner, including its original code, game design, branding, name, logo, UI, and original creative content, is owned by BeeZee Studios.
Some assets used in the game, such as music, sound effects, artwork, fonts, tools, plugins, or other materials, may be licensed from third-party sources. These assets remain owned by their respective rights holders and are used according to their license terms.
You may not copy, extract, redistribute, resell, modify, or reuse any part of the game or its assets outside the game unless you have permission from the relevant rights holder.
Galaxy Gunner is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not responsible for:
Game interruptions, crashes, or data loss
Issues caused by your device or internet connection
Content delivered by third-party ad networks
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us — which for a free game is zero.
We may update the game or these Terms at any time. Continued play after an update means you accept the new Terms. If we make significant changes, we will display a notice inside the game.
We may stop providing the game at any time. We may also remove your leaderboard entry if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India.
