Galaxy Gunner — Privacy Policy

Galaxy Gunner is an indie mobile game made by Beezee Studios. We are not a data company. We built this game to be fun, and ads help us keep it free.
This Privacy Policy explains the main types of data used by Galaxy Gunner and its third-party services.
We collect as little as possible for gameplay, leaderboard, ads, and privacy settings.
1. Leaderboard Data (Firebase)
When you submit a score to the leaderboard, we may store:
- Your score
- The display name you choose yourself
- An anonymous player ID, such as a randomly generated ID that is not linked to your real identity
- Submission time
We use this only to display the leaderboard inside the game and help keep the leaderboard fair.
We do not require your real name, email address, phone number, or account login to use the leaderboard.
Please do not use your real full name as your leaderboard display name.
2. Ad Data (Yodo1 MAS)
Galaxy Gunner shows ads so the game stays free. We use Yodo1 MAS to show and manage ads.
Yodo1 MAS and its advertising partners may process ad-related information such as:
- Advertising ID, where available and allowed
- Basic device information, such as device model, Android version, language, and screen size
- Approximate region or country
- Ad performance data, such as ads shown, ad views, and ad interactions
- Diagnostic and fraud-prevention information
We use age and ad preference choices to apply privacy settings before ads are initialized.
If you are under 13: Personalized ads are turned off. We apply child-directed privacy settings through the ad SDK where required.
If you are 13–15: Personalized ads are turned off. You will see general ads only.
If you are 16 or older and opt in: The ad system may use allowed ad-related information to show ads that may be more relevant to your interests.
If you are 16 or older and opt out: You may still see ads, but they should be general and not based on your interests.
We do not collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your home or physical address
Your precise GPS location
Your photos, contacts, or files
Any account login information
No account is required to play this game.
Galaxy Gunner complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 beyond what is required to display non-personalized ads and show leaderboard scores.
If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it promptly.
Personalized Ads
You choose your ad preference during the privacy setup when you first launch the game.
To change your choice, open Settings inside the game and tap “Reset Privacy Settings,” if this option is available.
Device Advertising ID
You can reset or delete your advertising ID from your Android device settings. The exact path may vary by Android version.
Leaderboard Name
You choose your own display name. Do not use your real full name if you prefer to stay anonymous.
Leaderboard scores are stored on Google Firebase servers. Firebase is a Google service that follows Google's security and privacy standards. We do not run our own database servers.
Ad data is handled by Yodo1 MAS and its partner ad networks. We do not have direct access to the ad data they collect.
Galaxy Gunner uses the following third-party services:

Purpose: Stores leaderboard scores

Purpose: Shows and manages ads

We do not use any other third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services at this time.
Leaderboard scores are stored as long as the leaderboard is active. If you want your score removed, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change what data we collect, we will update this page and show a new consent prompt inside the game. We will not silently expand data collection.
