Welcome to my website.

Currently, I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at Universidad Andrés Bello (UNAB) in Santiago, Chile.

Earlier, I was Ph.D. at Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) in Bengaluru, India.

I completed my M.Sc. at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in New Delhi, India.

I use high-performance computing facilities to study the formation and evolution of galaxies in different cosmic environments. Presently, I working with the large-volume cosmological simulations [FLAMINGO, IllustrisTNG, and EAGLE] to model the submillimeter galaxies (SMGs), a class of highly dusty and star-forming galaxies, to make prediction for future submm surveys.

During my PhD, I studied the effect of fly-by interactions and dark matter distributions on the dynamical and morphological evolution of the Milky Way-like spiral galaxies, particularly, focusing on bulges, disks and spiral arms.
