We contribute to the diagnosis and identification of therapeutic targets for various diseases through mass spectrometry-based metabolomics and lipidomics approaches. About Our Research
Our laboratory operates a high-resolution UPLC–Orbitrap MS–based multi-omics platform, integrating metabolomics, lipidomics, and stable isotope–based fluxomics to quantitatively interpret dynamic changes in biological metabolism.
We leverage human cohorts, in vivo models, and in vitro cellular systems to:
Elucidate disease pathophysiology
Investigate mechanisms of drug action and therapeutic responses
Validate the efficacy of natural products and functional bioactive compounds
Discover metabolism-based biomarkers and therapeutic targets
Through precision metabolism research, our ultimate goal is to generate clinically actionable insights with translational relevance.
