Reimbursements

After the conference has concluded, please follow the instructions below to register in the UGA system as explained below.

Then send PDFs of your receipts to fcbsc-pams@uga.edu with a CC to uga.gags2023@gmail.com. Put "Reimbursements" in the subject. For international visitors, add the required documents as explained below.

If you are a carpool driver and are claiming mileage, state this and list the names of the passengers in your car. Similarly, if you paid for a shared Uber or Lyft, state this and list the names of the passengers in your car.
