Every time a delivery is made:

• Open the delivery form

• Scan the customer's QR code

• The app auto-fills the customer’s information

• Update the number of cans delivered

The remaining can balance gets updated automatically. No paperwork. No errors.

Want to check how many cans were delivered in April? Or how many cans a specific customer received?
The Monthly Register tab provides a complete record of:

• Daily and monthly can deliveries

• Customer balances

• Recharge history
  Change the month, and the data updates instantly!

• If a customer has used all their prepaid cans, the system shows an "Error: Please recharge your account" message.

• No cans can be dispatched unless they recharge again — helping prevent misuse or overuse.
