The workshop will take place in Torino, Italy, both at Politecnico di Torino and Università di Torino.

Accommodation

Registered participants who required a room though the organization of the event will be lodged in the following residences:

• Residence Borsellino; 

• Residence Cappel Verde;

• Residence Liborio; 

• Residence Verdi.

Participants received more details via email about the residence where they will be lodged.

Senior speakers have been emailed about their accommodation.

Conference venue

The conference venues extend over the Politecnico di Torino and Università di Torino. The following list reports the locations hosting the workshop along the week:

• Monday: Politecnico, Room 3I;

• Tuesday: Università, Aula Magna (Via Carlo Alberto 10, 2nd floor);

• Wednesday: Università, Aula Magna (Via Carlo Alberto 10, 2nd floor);

• Thursday: Politecnico, Room 1P;

• Friday: Politecnico, Room 2T;

Social dinner

The social dinner will be held on Tuesday 18th June at 20.00 at the restaurant Società Canottieri Armida.

Registered participants and senior speakers have received a form to communicate their participation and dietary restrictions.
