As my first experience with research, I aided in analyzing SPOT5 tags from basking sharks, used to track their seasonal migration. Our research found these sharks varied in their migration pattern, with some individuals choosing to remain in waters close to their summer homes in the North Atlantic and others traveling thousands of km to the coast of Africa.

As part of an 8-month internship with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, I contributed to multiple published works regarding insecticide resistance in Colorado Potato Beetles. My primary contribution was in conducting a detailed literature search that was ultimately used in the introduction and discussion sections of two manuscripts.
