Editing - template available to download for player use.
Printing - can be saved as PDF and printed as A5 paper booklet.
Purpose: Yearbook is the player's personal guide for the season to add valuable information, including space to record 'reasons I play', playing positions, powers and challenges, athletic development, welfare, learnings / reflections and more.
Club Branding: Template, when downloaded, can be modified with Club logo and style, then saved and uploaded as property of the club on its official website for members to access when needed.
Distribution: Coaches have option to coordinate distribution of the yearbook at the start of the season during player meeting, or player's can download directly from club website
Ownership: The yearbook is the property of the player to be used as a reference throughout the season, forming part of their preparation for end-of-season move to adult and / or season planning preparation with coaches and mentors.
Open “GAAP Yearbook [template]” to view – the yearbook will open in your browser as a Google Slides presentation (use desktop for optimal experience). The file is view-only, so you won’t be able to type directly into it. To use your own editable copy, do one of the following:
Go to the menu and click File > Make a copy > Entire presentation.
Choose where to save it in your Google Drive.
You can now edit your own version.
Go to the menu and click File > Download.
Choose your preferred format (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF).
Open and edit (with club logo, branding, tone etc.) on your own device.
Upload to club website.
