A 10 minutes phone call is for you who are considering whether FysiOlistic is the right place for you. You send me an sms/email, and I call you back at an agreed time, so then I can guide you whether I can help you with your particular symptoms.

First examination and treatment - 60€

The first consultation last approximatively 1 hour. This is a thorough examination combined with an initiation of the treatment as well as a plan treatment.

Follow up treatment: 1hour - 60€ / 45min - 45€ / 30 min - 35€

The duration of the follow up treatment is relevant to your treatment, and approved by you and the physiotherapist at the beginning of the consultation.

1 hour sesssion to go back to a physical activity: 2 people - 25€/pers // 3 people 20€/pers // Individual - 55€

Payment is made after each treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 24 hours before your agreed time is welcome; and in case of illness, please email before 8am. Last minute cancellation or no-show will be fully charged. Cancellation are only registered via our phone number +34 611 067 263, or via our email: fysiolistic@gmail.com .

Insurance Policy

Your health insurance may cover part or all of the treatment and may require a prescription to justify coverage. We advise you to follow these steps:

1. Consult your insurer: Before starting treatment, contact your health insurance provider to confirm the details of your coverage. It is important to know the applicable reimbursement percentage and whether there are any limits on the number of sessions covered.

2. Request a prescription and/or prior authorization: Request authorization for the rehabilitation treatment or physiotherapy sessions if necessary.

3. Make the payment: At the end of each session, you make the payment directly, and a detailed invoice is sent to you so that you can request reimbursement.

4. Submit the reimbursement request: Submit the invoice to your insurer. Most insurers have an online platform for receiving requests, which facilitates the recovery of the reimbursable amount.
