After graduating, I worked full time in France few years then moved abroad to USA, Netherlands, Singapore and New Zealand. During 10 years, besides starting my family, I continued to work part time as a physiotherapist for the European community. Additionally, I became a Romana's Pilates Instructor in 2010. Then in 2017 I came back to France, where I worked full time as a physio for 5 years before moving to Copenhagen. Working in Denmark as a physio was a great experience and I'm delighted to continue in Spain.
Today, my professional skills revolve around pain releive, posture, woman and baby health.
I have an extensive interest and experience in manual therapy and craniosacral therapy. A course with me is always based on a holistic examination and treatment. I take the body as a whole even if the symptoms concern only a limited area. This is my philosophy of practice to achieve an effective and long-term wellness.
Depending on your symptoms, I will combine the manual treatment with the practice of customised exercices in order for you to get the best and lasting results. The choice of the exercises will come from my physio and Pilates knowledge.
