Mission Statement
Fort Wayne Pride Bands (FWPBs) supports, inspires, and entertains local and surrounding communities, while intentionally providing a safe, creative and inclusive space for all LGBTQIA+ persons and their allies. 

Core Values

• Inclusivity - we are inclusive of all persons, regardless of race, gender, orientation, or ability

• Visibility - we intentionally celebrate and spotlight those under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella and their allies
