Drip Stir Splash

  1. Write a paragraph in English, a few sentences. You must use a noun for a ‘liquid’ (ekitai). The broad topic includes every liquid from oil spills to vanilla latte. Use some related verbs and modifiers. My example:

    • Yesterday I made a pot of hot coffee, but I didn’t drink all of it. Today my mother added milk to the leftover coffee and stirred in some gooey chocolate syrup, then she poured the mixture into an ice tray and put it in the freezer. Tomorrow, I will enjoy a delicious smoothie and share it with my friend, Robert.

  2. Translate the paragraph into Japanese. Try your best to get the grammar and syntax correct.

    • 昨日、ホットコーヒーを 作りましたが 全部は飲みませんでした。 今日、私の母は 昨日の 残りのコーヒーに 牛乳を加え、どろっとした チョコレートシロップ を入れてかき混ぜ、次にそれを アイス キューブトレイに注ぎ、冷凍庫に入れました。 明日は、美味しいスムージーを 友達のロバートと楽しみます。

      • Kinō, hotto kōhī o tsukurimashitaga, zenbu wa nomimasendeshita.
