We will be requesting a donation of $400 per player for the golf season.  Please make check payable to FVHS Golf Boosters.  This donation will be used to offset the cost of the coach stipend, tournament fees, greens, driving range balls, banquet, pizza party, and team uniforms.

Golf Contribution for Participation = $400 (Please make all checks payable to FVHS Golf Boosters)

Provided sufficient funds are collected your contribution will cover the following: 

• Team Uniforms (two golf team polo shirts, jacket and hats)

• Golf balls for matches only

• All golf tee times for home and away matches

• Range balls

• Tournaments

• Banquet for players only (family members will be offered the opportunity to buy their own ticket to the banquet)
