This program was started many years ago to encourage our FVE students to become the best kids they can be. Every year the FVE PTA supplies each student with a T-shirt with the characteristic listed below to help remind our children to have these qualities at school, at home, and when out in our community. ICARE T-shirts are worn each Wednesday.
