Duty: Fill funds requests, make bank deposits, balance accounts, maintain financial records, file tax returns when applicable, make regular financial reports, and various support duties.

Duty: Record and keep minutes for executive and general PTA meetings, maintain records related to meeting attendance and other PTA related functions and property.

Ensures that our PTA follows the by-laws and standing rules.

Acts as the liason between PTA and Forest Vista teachers.

Duty: Updates our PTA Social Media pages with relevant information for PTA members.

Duty: Send out weekly newsletter email with relevant information for PTA members.

Duty: Updates our PTA website with relevant information for PTA members.

Duty: Serve as FVE rep and liaison with Scholastic Books and organizes materials and volunteers for book fairs twice a year.

Duty: Coordinates pricing, ordering and delivering of Forest Vista spirit wear and ICARE shirts.

Coordinates teacher luncheons, treats and Teacher Appreciation Week.

Duty: Plan and organize daytime assembly programs for all students at FVE, as well as to coordinate the High Touch High Tech programs for the homeroom classes.

Duty: Plans and coordinates Red Ribbon Week, the drug prevention and awareness campaign held each October.

Duty: Provide training and coordinate the scheduling of workroom volunteers to help the teachers and staff of FVE.
