WHAT WE DO

ARCHITECTURE:

·        Initial consultation with clients

·        Full Site Survey of existing structures

·        As per clients’ requirements, we prepare drawings for

o    Draft design/ drawings

o   Pre-planning application drawings (if necessary)

o   Consultation with planning officer (if necessary)

o   Preparation of planning drawings and Application

o   Monitoring the current planning applications and reporting the status of it to clients

o   Drawings for local water authority and application for them

o   Drawings for party wall matters (if applicable)

o   Drawings and application for Lawful Development Certificate

o   Prepare Lease plan.

BUILDING CONTROL:

·        Initial consultation

·        Full Site survey of existing structures

·        Prepare drawings for Building control and application.

·        Prepare application for Building Regularisation for retrospective work done in structures.

·        Prepare Building Control project report on behalf of client (if necessary)

·        Onsite solutions for Building Control query from Builders/ Clients (if necessary)

STRUCTURAL DESIGN:

·        Site survey for structural aspect

·        Preparation of Structural design, Calculation, analysis, diagrams, and drawings

·        Onsite solutions and guidance for any structural query from Builders/ Clients 

·        Prepare structural report of the project.
