PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We undertake whole project management on behalf of clients if requested by them and supervise the whole cycle of construction activities on site as per the rules and regulations including HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) management

We provide Tender Package including Schedule of work and specifications of all activities required in the construction process for a particular project if requested from clients.

ESTIMATION:

We provide Estimation work for Builders or Contractors for different types of building construction work like Residential, Commercial, Leisure or Public uses.

·        Overseeing the submission of competitive tenders and the subsequent procurement of work for the business. Attending pre and post tender meetings as required.

·        Dealing with tenders

·        Managing the pre-construction process

·        Reporting to the Builders/ Clients

·        Developing and maintaining business relationships
