When can I pick up and drop off my pet?

You can drop off your pet from 4:30PM-6:00PM and pick up your pet from 4:30PM-6:00PM Monday- Sunday.

Do I need to provide my own pet's food?

Yes please provide enough food for your pet's stay. This is because changing food can give your pet diarrhoea or make them sick.

Will you keep my pet tame whilst I am away?

We tame all of the pets for at least 15 minutes daily and let them out to play regularly through out the day.

Will you take care of my old aged pets?

Yes, we take care of older pets as well as young ones. You need to inform us about medical illnesses in the past and if your old pet dies from age when you are away we are not to blame but you can get a full refund for if it dies. We will NOT be held responsible for it's death.

Do I supply my pet's medication?

You need to bring your pet's medication along and tell us how to use it.
