Undergraduate Research Project Team Won Top Prize for Semiconductor Specialization Major

Congratulations! 🎉🎉

A team of undergraduate students from the Semiconductor Specialization and Convergence Major presented their research project titled "Investigation of Degradation Trends in Oxide TFTs under Various Annealing Temperatures." Over the course of the semester, the students conducted experiments as a team, exploring how different annealing temperatures affect the degradation behavior of oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs).

The project was carried out under the guidance of Prof. Kim and researcher Hyunsoo Kim (1st year integrated master's and Ph.D.). Their outstanding work was recognized with the top prize at the end-of-semester research presentation.
