Sweaty palms, brain freeze, trembling hands, and butterflies in your stomach are just a few of the things you endure when you have to speak in front of others. Or maybe it's not your nerves and you enjoy having the spotlight on you. Instead, you question the clarity of your message and wonder if your audience walked away with what you intended to say. Either way, this workshop will give you tips on how to prepare and deliver a successful presentation with ease. You don't want to miss the techniques to help you deal with nervousness. They are a game-changer!
Thank you to all of our partners! Funding for this event is being provided by the California Adult Education Program (CAEP) through North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD).
