Sanna Penttinen works as a counsellor of Education in Vocational Education and Training unit at Finnish National Agency of Education. She has worked in various positions during the last two decades in Finnish National Agency of Education. Currently her responsibilities areas are vocational qualifications in interpretation, vocational education in education and counselling and prison education.

Nina Lahtinen has a Masters of Education and a Masters of Law. She has worked as a class teacher for eight years before she moved to legal sector about 20 years ago. She has worked as a lawyer at State provincial office and Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities. Now she works as a education manager at OAJ and leads OAJ’s vocational education and training team. She has written a book entitled "Pupil's Rights and Parental Responsibility" and has been involved in writing books such as Children's Rights and Parental Responsibility in Early Childhood Education and Children's Rights at School.

Tia Hoikkala has been the Quality Manager of Haaga-Helia UAS since 2015. She is responsible for the whole organisation wide quality system. Main tasks have included preparing the organization for quality system audit, supporting accreditation processes, enhancing quality culture and developing quality system. She also possesses the role of a business architect in the organization, and therefore manages the process architecture and is involved in all the strategic development projects. She is a member of Haaga-Helia’s Collegiate body. Before Haaga-Helia, she has worked as a Development Manager in different educational institutions focusing on organizational development, quality management and management consulting. She has graduated from Aalto University, School of Business with M. Sc. (Econ.) in management and international business and minor in information and service management. She has been many years an assessor or a lead assessor in National Quality Award competition and in Quality Innovation of the Year competition.
