Future Baby Generator – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Future Baby Generator (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JanoGroup LLC (“JanoGroup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  
  

• Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) must be at least 16 years old.
  
  

• If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  
  

2. Description of the App

The App provides AI-powered tools that allow you to generate images (and, where available, videos) using:

• Reference photos you select, and/or
  
  

• Text prompts and generation settings.
  
  

The App may also offer AI-generated suggestions or inspiration tools.

All features are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, or accuracy.

3. No Account Required; Device Responsibility

The App does not require account registration.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device,
  
  

• All activity occurring on your device, and
  
  

• All content you upload, generate, save, or share.
  
  

4. Fair Use and Usage Limits

Certain paid features may be described as “unlimited.” In this App, “unlimited” means access is not based on fixed generation packs, but remains subject to reasonable usage and technical limits designed to:

• Prevent abuse and fraud,
  
  

• Maintain service reliability, and
  
  

• Manage capacity and third-party service constraints.
  
  

Usage limits may:

• Apply by feature, model, time period, device, or subscription,
  
  

• Result in throttling, delays, reduced priority, or temporary restrictions, and
  
  

• Change over time.
  
  

If you reach a limit, you may need to wait for a reset period or adjust your usage.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Responsibilities

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit any content, including consent from identifiable individuals where required by law.

You are responsible for how you use, share, and rely on generated content.

5.2 License to Operate the App

You retain ownership of your original content.

By submitting content, you grant JanoGroup a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and use your content solely to operate the App and provide requested features.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes,
  
  

• Submit or generate illegal, exploitative, or harmful content,
  
  

• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights,
  
  

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access proprietary systems,
  
  

• Bypass payment systems, usage limits, or security controls,
  
  

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to mass-generate content,
  
  

• Impersonate others or enable fraud.
  
  

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, without notice and without refund where permitted by law.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

7.1 App Store and Google Play

Payments are processed by Apple and/or Google. We do not receive or store payment card information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your store account settings.

7.2 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies, unless otherwise required by law.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

You acknowledge that AI-generated content:

• May be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or offensive,
  
  

• May resemble content created by others, and
  
  

• Is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, lawful, or non-infringing.
  
  

Do not rely on outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical purposes.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its software, design, and related intellectual property, is owned by JanoGroup and its licensors.

Except for limited usage rights granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JanoGroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 if no payment was made, to the extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JanoGroup from claims arising from:

• Your content,
  
  

• Your use of the App, or
  
  

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  
  

12. Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify the App or these Terms from time to time. Updated dates will be posted above. Continued use indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
