Future Baby Generator (the “App”) is developed and published by JanoGroup LLC (“JanoGroup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how long it is retained when you use the App.
The App allows you to generate AI-created baby preview images based on:
Photos you select (for example, photos of two parents), and/or
Text prompts and generation settings you provide.
To generate results, the App uses third-party AI processing services (see Section 5).
When you use the App, you may upload or select:
Photos from your device
Images that may contain faces and facial features
These images may include face data (facial appearance and features visible in the photo).
We use this content solely to generate the result you request.
If you upload photos containing faces:
We do not perform facial recognition.
We do not create biometric identifiers or “faceprints.”
We do not attempt to identify any individual.
We do not extract or store facial geometry data.
Face data is used only to generate the AI image result you request.
We use submitted photos and prompts to:
Generate the AI baby image you request
Operate and secure the App
Validate subscription access
Prevent abuse and misuse of the service
We do not sell your personal data.
To generate baby preview images, the App sends your selected reference photos and generation parameters to:

Replicate provides cloud-based AI image generation services.
When you tap “Generate,” the following may be transmitted securely to Replicate:
The photos you selected (which may include face data)
Selected generation parameters
Technical request data necessary to complete processing
Your data is sent to Replicate solely to:
Process your AI generation request
Return the generated baby image to the App
On our servers:
We do not permanently store uploaded photos.
Photos are processed transiently to complete your request.
After processing is complete, photos are not retained by us.
On Replicate’s systems:
Replicate may temporarily retain submitted inputs and generated outputs for operational purposes such as service reliability, abuse prevention, or system monitoring.
Any retention by Replicate is governed by Replicate’s own Privacy Policy.

We require that third-party providers handling personal data maintain reasonable safeguards designed to protect that data.
We do not authorize third parties to use your photos for unrelated purposes.
Before your photos are transmitted to our AI processing provider, the App presents a notice explaining:
That your selected photos will be sent to a third-party AI provider (Replicate) for processing
That photos may contain face data
That processing is necessary to generate the requested result
You must affirmatively proceed before your photos are transmitted.
The App may store locally on your device:
Generated images
App preferences
Usage counters
Temporary thumbnails
This data remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the App.
Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store.
We do not receive your payment card details.
We may receive subscription status information to validate access.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements.
If you use the free version of the App, ads may be displayed using third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob.
These providers may collect device identifiers for advertising and measurement purposes.
On iOS, tracking requires your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
We retain data only as long as necessary to:
Provide the requested service
Maintain operational integrity
Comply with legal obligations
Face data contained in uploaded photos is not retained by us after processing is complete.
Retention practices of third-party providers are governed by their respective privacy policies.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or higher minimum age where required by local law).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.
Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
You may:
Delete generated images from your device
Revoke photo permissions via device settings
Control advertising tracking through device privacy settings
