Respect - Be respectful of your fellow guildmates. Hateful behavior due to religious, political, cultural, sexual differences, etc. will not be allowed and will be grounds for dismissal.
Participation - Guild Members receive many benefits from being part of a guild; however, it should be expected that, for that benefit, the guild member should give back something back. At minimum a guild member is expected to complete their guild quests on a weekly basis. If, after 2 weeks, no contribution have been made, a player might be consider inactive and either demoted or removed from the guild.
NOTE: Real Life trumps game life. If you will be away for an extended period, notify an officer so your player does not get removed.
Guild Member Expectations of Guild
Progression - Every players, from GS 10,000 through 60,000+ wants to progress and should expect help from their guild. NetEase has made it clear that players progress one 'tier' at a time; do raids to complete your sets from lower level raids, before moving on to the next level.
The Carry - There is always an opportunity for the Carry to shortcut to better gear by entering raids that your character will not survive, or is not quite geared for. A 'carry' will be at the discretion of the raid leader. It is critical that player learn mechanics of normal raids, as the Heroic variant of each raid is dependent on players executing the basic mechanics without incident.
Help us Help You - Most in Fusion will be willing to lend a hand to help another player. Our goal is help you, help yourself. You do not need to wait to start a party; start one and ask for help. It is not the guilds responsibility to ensure you get your needed runs. Speak up, most of us are willing to lend a hand if not otherwise busy. Please remember that even the highest geared players need their own time to work on their own characters.
Guidelines for Greatness
Guild LINE usage (deprecated...replacing with Discord):
Only officers can put notes and albums in LINE notes unless the content is approved by officers to be added. This is to keep important information easily accessible.Feel free to post within the main guild LINE chat, however.
The rooms have been labeled according to their purpose so please try to remain on topic. The Guild chat is reserved for randomness. Please try to be respectful of others.
If your LINE ID does not reflect your IGN (in game name), please add it in parentheses for identification purposes.
example: johnsmith123(sparkles4u)
In Game Conduct and Suggestions:
Wearing a guild tag in game to avoid killing each other in faction is a good way to avoid being killed in the faction maps. Let's try to be respectful of those that are just farming rep or picking up quests.
Be respectful.
Help your guildmates whenever possible.
Always help on guild funds.
Please let us know if you are expecting to be away from the game for an extended period of time.
Avoid Ninja Kicking - if at all possible, please avoid ninja kicking players from parties. Please be courteous and state in team chat why that player is being kicked.
In bidding for items in heroic raids, share item.
Guild Quits for purposes of 'making a point' or for 'dramatic effect' is discouraged. If you guild quit there will be a, minimum, 2-day waiting period before you are accepted back into the guild.
How to Earn Rank Within the Guild:
Member: This position is for anyone as you are initially accepted into the game.
Elite: This position is given to members (including alts) that have earned at least 6000 on guild contribution
Knight: When you have reached 9000 guild contribution you can be promoted into an order (silver, dawn, temple, crimson). You may also request to be placed in an order of your choice.
Knight Elder, Head Knight, Elder, Vice Leader and Leader: all these officer positions are determined by the Fusion Council and dependent upon the dedication, hard work and loyalty (including active participation in raids, guild wars and anything considered a guild activity) of an individual to his/her guild and members.
You can also lose rank, be demoted or kicked if you appear to be INACTIVE FOR 2 WEEKS..
Alternate Game Characters (alts):
For the sake of saving space for active members, we are allowing a "+1" rule for alts. You may bring 1 alt into the guild but the alt must REMAIN ACTIVE through guild contribution.
Please inform us if you have an alt in game or applying.
The Alt will remain at the Elite rank when the contribution amount has been met.
In the event we need to make room for active players, inactive (or active) alts may be removed.
