Fusion is a family oriented progression guild. A strong emphasis of the guild is progression for all characters from beginning to advanced. The pinacle of this progression is Guild Team Raids in the most challenging and hardest Team Raids.
A progression raid is defined as a Team Raid, in which:
The requirements for 'progression' are not intended to be exclusionary, or divide our guild between "haves" and "have nots." The requirements have been established through a long series of trial and error. Having all raiders meeting these requirements ensures that 100% of the party can survive through the typical AOE and other damage events (baring mechanics and healing).
Our goal is to have everyone in our guild join our progression raids; therefore, we encourage you to let us help you help yourself. It is not the responsibility of geared or progression raiders to carry players through raids; however, we are all family and we are willing to help those that are willing to help themselves. Many of us are willing to mentor, simply reach out and ask. Take advantage of our ADVICE channel in LINE, take advantage of the occasional 'learning' raids.
