Code of Conduct

Besides the Dhaka University norms, practices, rules, and laws we have accepted the following code of conduct.

All the members of Fused Nucleus are bound to follow the code of conduct and are expected to cooperate in order to ensuring a reliable and safe work environment.


The Quick Version

Fused nucleus is vowed to ensure a safe and reliable work environment for all members, regardless of gender, race, age, disability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, and religion. Fused nucleus do not allow the practice of defaming and harassing of group members or other colleagues in any form. Bad language and any type sexual interpretation are strictly prohibited. Research group members who breaches these code of conduct will immediately be banned from the group at the discretion of Md Tanvir Ahmed. All members are suggested to treat each other professionally showing respect to their work, and constructive criticism.

The Less Quick Version

Harassment and defamation includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, race, age, disability, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, and religion, technology choices, deliberate intimidation, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of the research environment, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, or creation of an otherwise sexualized environment.

Group members are advised to keep away themselves from harassing or defaming others.

If a member commits in harassing or, defaming behavior, other group members and Md Tanvir Ahmed may take any legal action they consider suitable to put an end to such vile behavior, including warning the offender or expulsion from the group and punishing through official University of Dhaka channels.

If you are being troubled or defamed, notice that any of our group members is being troubled, or have any other issues, you are requested to inform Md Tanvir Ahmed as soon as possible. Md Tanvir Ahmed is there to help group members out by contacting security or local law enforcement, navigating DU official proctorial team, or otherwise lend a hand to those experiencing bad to feel safe and comfortable in the work environment.

If Md Tanvir Ahmed is the cause of the concern, you are advised to contact with Dhaka University's authority.
