F☆U.S.A Fermented Café is a charming café located in Okamoto, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It offers a variety of dishes that highlight the benefits of fermented foods. Just a 5-minute walk from JR Ofuna Station, the café is nestled at the foot of the lush, Ofuna Kannon Temple.

In addition to a delicious menu, the café also features handmade crafts and American-style goods for sale, so you can enjoy a little shopping along with your meal.

The menu includes variety of offerings such as the limited "Amazake Spice Curry Plate" (only 10 servings available), enzyme-rich brown  rice balls, vegan butter toast, and fermented red bean butter toast. These dishes are perfect for health-conscious individuals and vegans alike, allowing you to enjoy the goodness of fermented ingredients in every bite.

Coffee Shop Reshindō", a take-away speciality coffee establishment operated by the General Incorporated Association Risshindō (3-21-3 Kajiwara), which functions as a Continuous Employment Support Office, officially designated by the City of Kamakura as a welfare service for individuals with disabilities.

From the careful roasting of beans to the final sale, all processes are undertaken in-house. The shop takes pride in offering freshly roasted speciality coffee distinguished by its exquisite aroma and refined taste.
