GENERAL MISCONDUCT

Act: Minor disrespect, mild rudeness, small disturbances

Punishment: Verbal warning

Punishment if repeated: Written warning or temporary mute / temporary communication restriction

Act: Insulting staff or provoking members

Punishment: Written warning

Punishment if repeated: Temporary ban from platform or event suspension

Act: Sharing private or personal data (doxxing)

Punishment: Permanent ban

Act: Hate speech, slurs, discriminatory or extremist content

Punishment: Written warning

Punishment if repeated / severe: temporary ban

Act: Threats (digital or real-life)

Punishment: Immediate long-term ban

Punishment if repeated / severe: Permanent ban

COMMUNICATION / CHAT VIOLATIONS

Act: Spamming or flooding chats

Punishment: Warning

Punishment if repeated: Temporary mute

Act: Advertising without permission

Punishment: Warning and removal of advertisement

Punishment if repeated: Temporary ban

Act: Uploading inappropriate images or GIFs

Punishment: Warning and removal of media

Punishment if repeated: Temporary or long-term ban, depending on severity

VOICE & AUDIO VIOLATIONS

Act: Excessive noise, soundboard abuse, microphone spam

Punishment: Immediate mute

Punishment if repeated: Temporary voice-channel ban

Act: Recording voices without permission

Punishment: Warning or temporary ban

Punishment if repeated: Long-term or permanent ban

IN-GAME / EVENT VIOLATIONS

Act: Overtaking without permissiom in Events

Punishment: Event warning

Punishment if repeated: Removal from the event

Act: Reckless driving, speeding, or intentionally causing crashes

Punishment: Immediate removal from event

Punishment if repeated: Event ban (1–3 events)

Act: Ignoring organizer or convoy leader instructions

Punishment: Warning or removal from event

Punishment if repeated: Event ban + additional disciplinary review

SEVERE OR CRITICAL VIOLATIONS

Act: Attempting to sabotage a VTC event, platform, or team member

Punishment: Long-term ban

Punishment if repeated / severe: Permanent ban

Act: Impersonating staff or falsifying authority

Punishment: Immediate temporary ban

Punishment if repeated: Permanent ban

NOTES ON PUNISHMENTS

The staff team may adjust punishments based on severity or context.
Multiple different rule violations may compound and result in stronger penalties.
Severe misconduct may bypass earlier stages and directly result in a long-term or permanent ban.
Respectful communication with staff may reduce the severity of a punishment.
